Originally founded in 1997 as Common Ground Construction Ltd, John Krenus started the company as a building envelope specialist repairing both leaky condos and residential high-rises. Today, the newly branded CG Group has expanded its offerings into general contracting services, land development, new construction, and residential renovation and remediation.
